His previous username was "readme". I sent him $200 PayPal for btc. (He removed his thread today.) For 3 days he kept telling me to wait cause his bank didn't release the money. I couldn't get my btc. He offered refund. He didn't yet. I keep writing him on discord but no response. He was online on CTO an hour ago. Removed his thread / changed his username / removed his photo.
I want refund to my paypal or my btc that I've paid for.
