Short description: I will have all the screenshots in one link in the next section, for now I am pasting them in appropriate places for context. I paid for the service July 7th, 2020. I Paid for 1:1 mentorship with Sonos, ebooks, and an exclusive discord server for mentorship buyers. All I got was Bob's refund manual v3 and help placing an order that didn't even go through. This was advertised on Shadow's server that I'd be taught by Sonos. The first thing I got was being ghosted for 38 minutes, which was followed up by a confirmation and Bob's refund book v3. Sonos did not give me any more material to learn from. I then asked Sonos for the private server that was on his advertisement, in which he told me "I'm disbanding it pretty soon... and would rather focus on the 1:1 aspect" [Proof 1: https://imgur.com/a/TxgkMNj]. The private mentor server is still up, July 23rd, and he never added me to it. I also did not know that a buyer role existed on the Shadow Refund server, and was never given the role for purchasing the mentorship service until a few days ago by Mr. Bean. July 9th, an announcement is made that the Shadow Refunds server is for sale, and that Sonos was doxxed for leaking information. I ask Sonos if he'll continue mentoring me, and he said "yep" [proof 2: https://imgur.com/a/9Lscc6C]. The server was soon sold for 1.6k to the discord user Mr. Bean #3189, who took ownership of Shadow Refunds and the private mentor chat that I was still not added to. I text Sonos the day the server was sold to find out he can't receive any more messages from me (proof 3: https://imgur.com/a/qlJqLDL). I find out days later the chat has not been disbanded, and I had to request Mr. Bean to add me. I did not pay money to be mentored by Mr. Bean, who I never even heard of until he bought the server, who claims that "i kinda got the short end of the stick as far as mentorship goes" [proof 4: https://imgur.com/a/zbVytJ9]. Mr. Bean isn't too organized either. He gave one of the members of the chat "kick power then forgot to take it away", which I wasn't informed of, because I got into an argument with that same member with "kick power" on a completely different server because he was supposed to refund my 1k instacart order, but instead failed the refund and even got my instacart account banned (proof 5: https://imgur.com/a/w3NtCZN) . That situation has nothing to do with the mentorship chat, and I got kicked off of it, which is extremely unprofessional. To get back in, I messaged Bean, not knowing why I got kicked or that he was using his other discord account that I never heard of or that he didn't announce he'll be using. I found out through another user that Bean is using his other discord account Bean#5511 (proof 6: https://imgur.com/a/nbhbNXo). I paid Sonos $250 for his mentorship, which I did not receive. Mr. Bean is offering his mentorship for $150, which is cheaper than what I paid for, and not even what I wanted (can't prove Mr. bean's new price, he just took down the channel).

Additional information: I was initially shocked to find out that the first thing I got was Bob's refunding book v3, and not something original. I am honestly tired of running around in circles with this service and I did not get what I paid for, I just want my money back and am tired of this whole ordeal and want to move on. The private mentor discord server is useless, it literally has information that I already found elsewhere, and I'm really disappointed with the vouches and fakeness.
What I want to be done: I just want my money back and to continue working with my new mentor who has already helped me immensely by supporting me with this case.
Apology: Sorry Mr. Bean, you did no wrong and I mean no harm to you or your service, I know you're just trying to get by like the rest of us. I'm just saying what happened and I want my money back, this is not a personal issue at all. I like the idea of the mentor chat, but it's unregulated and not working well here.
