Additional Information:
Bought a Bunq account from him. Account was recovered (either by him or his "drop") shortly after and stole $295 that I deposited on it.

He replaces the Bunq account, and promises to cover the $295 I lost by creating me 1 Zen and 1 more Bunq.

The Zen he sends me was already used by someone and blocked. He sends me another Zen and it gets closed within a couple days.

He never sends me the 2nd Bunq account either and cuts all communication and stops replying to me as of Monday.

So where any evidences I am a scammer? FIY any drop is able to recover ANY account with with his documents just by writing to support. I provided you another bunq and Zen account. Don't tell that Zen was banned in couple of days because I sent you Zen in Aug 17 and you contacted me that it was blocked in Aug 30. And this is totally your fault. You don't use high quality proxy to connect or something else. Am I scammed you? No. Did I steal your money? No. What's the point of this thread?

Done. Dude's a complete loser who either cleaned the money I deposited in the Bunq he recovered from me or refuses to cover for shady people he hires for his service. He promised to replace the Bunq + give me 2 more replacement accounts to cover the $295 that was stolen. Gave me a dud Zen account, replaced it with another dud that was closed shortly after, and ignored all my messages about it, and the fact that he never even gave me the second Bunq account he owed me.

Funny how he responds to me on Telegram within hours of me posting the dispute after ignoring my messages for 5 days.

@sothebys Provide him with what you said you was going to do. Replace the accounts if you cannot do that. Refund the amount for the accounts. Do so within 24 hours.

Looks like he just pressed logout and isn't coming back. He's active on Telegram. 

I just found a link of a scam report on another site of him doing the exact same thing. He's just a serial scammer who tries to steal money from people who buy verified payment accounts from him:

I will replace another bunq within 24h. next time be careful and remember that you use acc of strange person and set 2fa. a guy from bitcointalk is a scammer who just took binance "to check" and made a few p2p transactions on some ecuador bank and then asked for refund. bitcointalk is a scam forum
