When he sends you funds expecting a product, you must give him that product. If I go pay a retail store for an online pickup and I go pick it up they owe me my items or my money back, they can't just say that they paid the suppliers and they ran off with the money, thats their loss. Think rationally here man.
Yet again he didn't pay you to loose his money, he paid you because you told him you would give him something else in return. He would expect that something in return, otherwise it's you that would be scamming him.
In these kinds of cases, the admins would just tell you to retrieve his funds for him or come out of your own pocket to pay him and they'd give you 24 hours. You need to start thinking what you're gonna do now before they say that or else they'll just ban your account. Start thinking of what you would do because 90% chance they are gonna say you are responsible for his funds and you owe him the product or his money back. Get a step ahead before they respond.
its not my service to begin with but his service I can’t retrieve anything it’s not me to do all that how I’m supposed to know he would scam? If he did with us 4k in exchanges and didn’t scam once and once again if they want to ban me then so be it I don’t have money to pay him out it’s not my service to do that

No c.io doesn’t have any includement in this which really comes down that this was service that c,io never had on its forum if they want to take my reputation for smth that wasn’t even here in the first place let them do that I’m not going to do everything he knew the risk still went in that’s his actions responsibility he could’ve gotten on paxful and exchanged it no? the service is now closed too since it’s owner dipped out we are left with it and paying out what he stole I don’t think it’s my responsibility nor duty as the terms state there in the server they clearly mean whatever happens to the money in his hands isn’t our fault plus this wasn’t on c.io for c.io actually kill my reputation for itBro, again I'm not trying to argue with you I'm just sort of giving you a heads up. ”I’m sorry for your loss.”
I can’t do anything I barely have 40$ to actually pay him that I gave everything I have and terms n proof nothing more is needed now it’s on them to do the rest no more steps ahead my reputation doesn’t cost that much either way if I was heaven I would care but I’m not so let it burn I can’t payout anything let my acc burn in their hands that’s all I can do
Bro, I understand where you're coming from but dude you chose that exchanger, you could have chosen a safer one. Who you choose to exchange his money with is on you. Also, just because you didn't advertise it on here doesn't mean they can't ban you. If you scam him you scam him and you can get banned on any forums. As soon as he paid you the money, you owed him this service/product, which he clearly didn't get. If I tell you that I'd sell you something and I get that something from a supplier and keep the profit, I owe you your product or the money, it's just how it works. You can't not give him what he paid for because you didn't do your due diligence and make sure that supplier wouldn't run off with his money. It's very clear that if you don't give him his money or the stuff he paid for you scammed him. If you pay a real estate agent for a house and they find it from a seller and pay them for the house and they somehow run off with the money whos at fault there? The real estate agent and his company. Think of this in other scenarios. He paid for something and however you have to get it you have to get it for him. You can't just make him be in the loss for you paying a dishonest person. What you did is considered scamming both on this forum and morally.
