Additional Information: As it is obvious he charged me $10 for a lifetime replacement of a dead account (proof in screenshots and thread itself). He couldn't supply. Now I want a refund. He kept me w8ing for account replacement for many days. The dates are clearly available in the screenshots provided. After a while, "no answer" complete ignorance. The funny thing is he is still selling grammarly lifetime account with an increased price which he can't supply (Proof).

my rules are clear , and it is public in my shop :

1. Don't change any details on your items. Use them as is.
2. There are no refunds once you purchased a product, if there's an issue with the item we will fix it right away and if we cant fix it we will offer you an alternate service.
3. Once your warranty ends, there won't be any replacements afterwards.
4. NO Chargebacks, If you do that you will be permanently blacklisted from our service
5. Always keep the account limited to single use, do not use it on multiple device

7. not warranty resellers

i mentioned my TOS it is very clear . i don't let refund , and i don't say anytime i don't give him a replacement . he was blocked? he get a response ? my warranty is ok . first i want that u say me where i said i always am 24hrs available and he always gets a replacement inmediatly . i have my customer i try to help  everyone . i want u say me where is my scam ?

@cheapshop20 -rep me and defaming me not gonna change anything. My proof is 100% solid. In the screenshots I ask about warranty. I do not understand your point in mentioning your terms of service. I want a refund.
