Additional Information: I actually want to talk about a person who has become a nuisance to me. He sells Twitch Adbot and I am his customer. But a couple of weeks back I was banned from his server (literally without any reason and I don't even know till now) and I tried to approach him on Cracked, but his responses were really childish and non-serious.
I even tried to contact him on his Twitch Adbot thread where he cleanly ignored my message. I was left with no option that's why I am only left with this option. I was trying to get to know the reason so that we could discuss maybe there's a misunderstanding or something, but his attitude is really unprofessional and unethical. 

Crypto address for a refund: I just want him to unban me immediately so that I can join again.
These behaviors should be taken very seriously!

I think he is banning inactive users. 
And i just checked his thread and saw a word (lifetime) one time $29.90 payment .
If he doesn't give access again, he must refund your money imo..

First thing, that's plain stupidity if someone bans its users just because they're inactive. Unless it has been clearly stated in terms and conditions.
Second, I wasn't inactive. I frequently used to participate in the chat section tho.

I have contacted all of our team members to get more information regarding your ban. Our team has clearly agreed that you have addressed several things in customer chat that are against our terms&rules. Since we do not encourage any conversations regarding illegal activities on our Discord server which is written in our terms&rules, you were banned for the violation.
In case you are using our ADBOT or whatever, don't worry, you are entitled to support like any other customer (just message me on telegram and I will be happy to help you in my free time). In case of an update, adbot will update itself to the latest version.
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately I see no reason to argue with you here. At the same time, this is not a scam-report, hence I ask the moderators for closure, all decisions of our team are final and I don't see any reason to argue here about Discord server ban. If anyone breaks our terms&rules, they are banned without warning. We have never banned anyone for no reason, we would find it very unfair and unjust to anyone.
As I said, I'm not going to argue with you here, thus I'll wait for the moderators' comments.

First of all, I opened the scam report as advised by the staff member.

Secondly, you are talking about "conversations regarding illegal activities" are you even serious? Do you even know what happened before I got banned? I bet your team didn't explain it properly. Before getting banned, I opened up a ticket and requested your team to give me my previous roles since I was changing my Discord account. I showed them receipts and one of your members verified and gave me the roles. And I left the server from the previous one and made the second one my primary. That's all, the next day I got banned. Now, I didn't even write something in customer chat or literally anything since I was too busy those days and now you're accusing me instead. That's just really a great story.

Just to give you a recall, I was a kind of member who used to give suggestions/ideas for the Adbot. I never talked about off-topic in chats nor did I abuse or even argued with someone. I always tried to help people. Even when people weren't getting much help from the server they'd come to PM me and I'd guide them as much as I could. I also NEVER got a warning for ANYTHING before. Everything you said doesn't make any sense. 
I don't want to blame you or something until now I am trying to say there must have been a misunderstanding, but your attitude is irrational.

For an instance, if your team banned me for violating your TOs and they wanted to ban me permanently (without even addressing/warning) they should have at least messaged me with proof that this is what I did wrong.
