Additional Information: I purchased 2 Fedex Shipping Accounts from the seller. Seller provided 2 Road Runner Email Accounts instead. And told me I had to reset Fedex Username and Password using the email access. Which I did. Only to find out the Fedex Accounts couldn't be used to ship anything. Both accounts were unchecked by the seller, had no shipping history, and no Fedex account number. Both accounts were worthless. Seller is selling Road Runner Email Access (that have been emailed by Fedex in the past) rather then Fedex Accounts. Seller agreed to refund me (He deleted these messages on Telegram), but then changed their mind. And told me "Dude ur deal its not even fair" when asked for Fedex Accounts that can ship things. He then Negative Repped me for warning others on his sales thread that he is selling unchecked Fedex Accounts.
