Additional Information: Bought a private config from him, it worked fine for about 6-7 hours and then it stopped working. I thought that the entrypoint was temporarily down and decided to try the next day. I still got only retries and messaged him to get a refund/replacement and basically got nothing in a week. He then tells me he wouldn't refund cause according to him, "I had used it for 3 days" which is false. And even if I had used it for 3 days I'd still be asking for a replacement/refund.
