Once again, it is not our fault you did not research the product / website before purchase.

Waiting on the staff to make a decision.

I mean, the mere fact that you're saying that booking a flight or a hotel is a solution says a lot already. I guess let's just wait for staff to resolve this then.

I have no affiliation to this scam report whatsoever but I think it’s the stupidest report i’ve personally ever seen, it legit says the link you need to go to use the account in the description, did you not think of going to that before purchasing? Also how is ping AT ALL responsible for a major airlines rewards site being down, you act like what you are buying is guaranteed to work as intended, if it was like that datatouch would use the accounts, I am probably gonna be warned for this reply but it baffles me how stupid you are

The link in the description of the product takes you to this -> Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Shopping: Shop Online & Earn Points

This is used for OFFERS FOR SHOPPING ONLINE

The real link where you actually utilize the points is this -> Home Page (awardhq.com)

Please do some research before going around calling people stupid.

As you can see, EVEN the link in their description is also completely manipulative.

Just in order to solidify my point in showing how much of a manipulation trick this is, i just want to explain the discrepancies between what is in the description of the product, and where you actually need to go in order to utilize the points.

As you can see in the description, the link that is provided by the seller is - https://rapidrewardsshopping.southwest.com/

This link is merely a home page to show how many points will be earned via purchasing products through different stores.

In order to see anything meaningful and that would tell you whether it was working at that time or not, you need an actual account to even get the link where you actually SPEND THE POINTS which is https://www.1.awardhq.com/24468SWANC

So all in all, if you click the link in the description, all seems well and it seems like everything is up, but when you actually spend money to get the account, you realize that you got tricked and the description of the product is just as manipulative as the practices used to sell it.

How are you going to say that I got what I paid for when the description of the product doesn't even represent where you need to go to use it?

Wait until the staff responds. Description is merrily a suggestion of what you could use the points on. Not our fault or problem a major airline's website is down. Our part was 100% completely fulfilled and you got the points paid for. Just because you don't like what you can use the points on, is not our issue. You should've researched the product / known about it before purchasing.

You've repeated yourself three times now with the same exact response. I'm bringing up valid points and you're just completely disregarding them.

I literally proved everything he said was incorrect. He didn't even bother responding to me with a counter argument because there's there's so much misleading and manipulating occurring here.

Seller keeps saying to research before purchasing a product, but it's quite literally impossible to research whether this would work or not as the link they have in their product description is completely unrelated to what you actually need to do to redeem points.

Without buying the product, how are you supposed to know that a domain such as

1.awardhq.com is the actual place to use the points??

This domain has absolutely zero ties to Southwestern airlines. The domain has no ties by looking at it and in their product description, it takes you to somewhere different.

How am I supposed to "research" before I buy when it's this ambiguous of a way to redeem?

@Teken

Act rationally when you make a decision and think about whether you would be able to determine a third party link that is really quite hard to get to even whilst logged in.

Searching up Southwestern Airline Rewards also brings up absolutely nothing regarding this 1.awardhq domain where you can redeem these points.
