Additional Information: Bought adobe creative cloud lifetime upgrade. It was already gone after 2 weeks. He told me he was gonna fix it but he was busy. Gave him a lot of time. I asked for a refund and he has not done that yet. Been waiting over 22 days, gave him a lot of chances and time, especially since he kept saying that he was gonna do it today (see screenshots). I would just like a refund as requested of him.
