Additional Information: So, 1 month+ ago, i messaged him for a 97$ virtual card, i waited 1 MONTH for my product (he was saying bullshit everyday), I told him to refund me, after several days I told him that if he did not refund me I would report him, today I opened discord to see if I had received an answer and I find that I am banned from his discord (I have shown proof of this too), I tried to contact him on telegram and he blocked me.

Greetings, just saw the thread.

I wouldn't be able to refund because I am low in cash and recently locked up a lump sum in a fixed deposit in the bank for my two kids. Also service was temporarily unavailable, hence the delay of provision. How much do you want in a prepaid card though?

I wouldn't mind giving you products worth what you paid but refunding you just wouldn't be possible.

If you'd wait for two weeks from now till I receive my paycheck, then sure I'd be able to refund / provide service.


If you're fine with any of the above terms, then let's proceed, if not, I'll just accept getting banned. After all, sometimes not everything is controllable.


A question out of curiousity, will the DWC tag last forever regardless of the outcome of this dispute?
