It's been a year since u purchased the VIP Membership on my service. Let me set the record straight: You HAD, still HAVE, and will continue to HAVE access to the VIP Membership. You are the one refusing to work with me; I'm not refusing to help u
After one year, it's clear that you still don't understand that refunds are not guaranteed. If one order was unsuccessful, I did not get paid for it, and u didn't pay me anything for that. You made a payment for the VIP Membership, which provides u with discounted fees on successful refunds. Yet, you're asking for a VIP Membership refund as if u paid that money specifically for the Wayfair refund, which u did not. Let me reiterate: You got ACCESS and it was never revoked! You can keep saying u're scared or that you don't want to work with me, but remember, that's ur decision, ur call. You're choosing to waste your money by not utilizing the benefits. I'm still here, ready to offer refunding services, and u're still eligible to get refunds done with me at a super discounted rate thanks to the VIP Membership u purchased We won't agree on this dispute because u fundamentally don't understand how refunding services work. When u present me with a cart from a store that's been advertised on my Telegram channel, and I say I can work with it, that doesn't mean the refund is 100% guaranteed. But yes, u either play dumb or really don't get it. I believe I've explained myself clearly multiple times

Again, I am not asking for a refund simply because of the failed Wayfair refund. As I've repeatedly mentioned in this scam report and the previous one I opened, I am requesting it due to your unprofessionalism, threats, insults, and lack of respect and caring for your customers based on the treatment I received throughout the process.

If u felt scared about getting refunds done using my service, then you shouldn't have purchased the membership in the first place. Instead u should have tried to get just that 1 Wayfair order done (payment was done after refund confirmation), but ofc u re trying to abuse VIP Membership for the cheap fees Since ur purchase, u have been refusing to acknowledge its features. You HAD, HAVE, and will CONTINUE to HAVE access to what u purchased! You paid for a membership on a refunding service and opened a dispute regarding "unprofessionalism" because I did not create a fake police report behind your back (as most refunders do nowadays—I won't disclose any names, but those experienced in refunding are aware). However, it's likely that u weren't even familiar with what a police report entailed until I mentioned that our safe method did not succeed, and the only way to proceed was with a fake police report, but OF COURSE I did not proceed because YOU did not AGREED and I won't do shit behind ur back Go ask Wayfair support and you will see urself, nothing pr related or illegal was done on ur account You are refusing to use something u paid for 1 YEAR AGO fam, 1 YEAR AGO and... request refund like I'm the one refusing to work with u. Holly!

Whether or not I have access to the service is not the issue here. That is not the reason I opened this scam report.
The issue, as I have mentioned, is your unprofessionalism, threats, insults, and lack of respect and caring for your customers based on the treatment I received throughout the process. Anyone can see from the screenshots I've provided your gross mistreatment of me as a customer. You are next to impossible to get ahold of, and when you do respond, you insulted me and lied. This is not what a "VIP" membership should buy me. This is why I feel I have been scammed.

It appears that he is attempting to exploit the VIP system. To clarify, I have been willing to cooperate, but he has been the one refusing to engage
Regarding the mention of police involvement, I want to emphasize that it was never a threat. I only informed him that a police report could be filed to facilitate a refund, as per standard procedure in such situations. However, I always prioritize customer safety and informed him that I would only proceed with a report if he explicitly agreed. He ultimately declined this option No police report was ever filed, nor were any investigations initiated. This can be corroborated by the Wayfair team. Despite this, he has accused me of "threatening" him with police action, which is a misrepresentation of the situation Furthermore, he has been unresponsive for months, ignoring my attempts to resolve the matter. He now expects a refund after over a year of VIP membership, which I believe constitutes a clear abuse of the system I cannot condone this behavior

The screenshots I posted prove that you threatened to use a PR to get the refund done, even as I told you multiple times not to.
Calling me "unresponsive" is absolute nonsense. You made no attempts to resolve the matter other than threatening me. I would like involvement Cracked staff in this scam report because, clearly, attempting to resolve this with the seller is getting nowhere.

@elephantom Requesting a refund over a year into the VIP membership is not justified and fair on the seller as you've had access to his methods and other sorts of information. Regardless of this, seller still has to provide a "VIP" experience to make it up for it. However not cooperating with @SANTA or @SANTA threatining OP, as OP claims, is not right. You will have to work together in order to come up with a solution. @SANTA Could you please provide proof of your chats with the user since you're claiming that he's been unresponsive?
