Additional Information: After months of pulling teeth to get my lifetime accounts fixed time and time again, I am finally opening a ticket after the last straw broke, that being that Radiant shared my Mullvad private account for the second time, a complete and utter scam.
This has already happened before but Radiant blamed me and told me I accidentally shared it (rubbish), today it happened again which prompted me to immediately report him as a scammer. Do not have the nerve to accuse me of sharing my own account (it doesn't benefit me in any way whatsoever).
Upgrades take a minimum of 1 week and to months (see screenshots).
I am completely done, this seller has tons of scam disputes for the same reasons (https://cracked.io/search.php?action=res...order=desc) and routinely deletes tons and tons of messages in his Telegram group of people waiting for weeks and months.
It gets worse! I bought ChatGPT Premium under the pretense that it was shared between me and 1 other person. Completely reasonable. As time goes on, the accounts become unusable. Tons of messages from all sorts of languages with the limits being hit constantly. Come to find out he changed the product listing but I caught it on the Wayback machine. It doesn't specify the amount of people on the account which makes sense since they are utterly unusable with so many people on them. He doesn't even bother to send an account anymore, it's a Google Docs presumably to all people who buy.
Yet again, an enormous scam.
This cannot be handwaved away. I hope Cracked.io admins truly wake up this time and demand a refund for my products. I don't want anything to do with anyone this slimey to change their own product to make it unusable and share PRIVATE logins presumably to other customers.
I want a REFUND , I do not want to engage with this seller anymore.

For purchases made more then 2years ago [before march 2023] am not gonna be refunding a penny specially when i already know this customer is just tryna scam because he knows i have had scam reports which all been solved but is just tryna leverage it to get money but that doesnt matter to me his mullvad is working and is not shared by me and expiry is march 2025

proof of expiry and also account shows 0wireguard keys right now so no one is using it , its not logged in on multiple devices specially no one is using it while am writing this : https://gifyu.com/image/SGnRJ

the account that he is accusing me of sharing has been shared with @Liars on tg if any other admins needs the account he will be provided with it 

But i am totally declining the accusation that his account has been shared and for 2yrs old purchase i wont even be talking of refunding even a penny , this customer is just tryna use the forums and the past issues i had to just get free money

That is not how you check how many people are on the account. You do so via https://mullvad.net/en/account/devices and here is the device list, I keep being kicked out again and again: https://imgur.com/a/pX7ee6a

Let me be very clear, I gain absolutely nothing from accusing you of sharing my PRIVATE account. I bought Mullvad Private because I use it daily. The last thing I want is a shared account where I get kicked all the time. What benefit do I get from my account being shared? Nothing. 
This is just you using plausible deniability against me and pulling up the wrong section of the account as "proof", what??

You don't know anything. The fact of the matte is that you keep getting tickets opened. Your Telegram group is filled with customers who have waited for weeks and months. Do you wanna show those messages here? Oh wait. You regularly delete them in bulk. Every customer that is in your Telegram group knows this. Any admin can monitor those Telegram groups and check this for themselves.

Yet again, this is not the correct section to look at. And the devices list keeps getting cleared and I keep getting kicked. I have zero incentive to lie about this. I am the one who have had to wait for fixes for weeks and months. Your customers keep waiting the same time. This is not acceptable.

I would highly suggest @Liars DM me too so I can provide the account number in case it's not the same.

I have yet again no incentive to lie about this. I want this product. But the same issue arose again.

Point 2:

Extremely telling that you never mentioned once in your reply half my message which addressed the topic of my purchase of ChatGPT (for me and 1 other person) that secretly got changed (and I have proof in my post with Wayback machine) and I never got notified or offered a refund of. You made that service completely unusable. I think that alone is very telling. @Liars

From my end the customer is totally lieing to either get free money or one more account , if he will force me to replace i will cook his old account and send new but refund will never be done
but this much am stating which is a fact that this accusation is a lie and idk what customer is tryna gain from this

That is my exact point. I paid for these products because I like them and want to use them. My fixes taking weeks and months is totally unacceptable. My Mullvad being shared twice is totally unacceptable. I have no reason to lie about this other than to get you to fix my upgrades within a reasonable time period (24-48h) or issue refunds. The behavior is noticed by all your customers, that is why you need to purge your Telegram groups constantly. I invite any admin to see the groups for yourself. People waiting for weeks and months daily. And why you're still not addressing the blatant proof of you changing your ChatGPT product after the sale, making it unusable by having tons use the same account and not refunding/notifying your customer. @Liars Are you seeing this?

chatgptshared and private issues occured in 2023 and announcements were made , stuff was discussed with customers 
if u will say u need a refund of that as its no longer 2shared thats true and half refund will be done

for mullvad i am telling it that you are lieing and only solution i have to that is i will post the mullvad key for free everywhere so its totally raped and will send you new private then again obviously you can come back and lie so thats a vicious circle

with tour ticket i believe in past somewhere your acc got shared by me once and now you are just using that as a excuse to idk get money thats your whole point here as i see lol

I will wait for either customer to just say send new account and i will post his old one for free to everyone on forum and tg cause i know i havent sent that account to anyone so it doesnt affect me and he gets new account

or

the staff intervenes to solve this as from my end his account has not even been touched and all said by him is a  lie

waiiting to see what happens

My final message until admins rule on this issue.

I have bought tons of upgrades from this seller. I have no incentive to lie about this situation. Why would I lie about this? First and foremost: I want my upgrades fixed within a reasonable time (24-48h). If Radiant can commit himself to this, I don't need any refunds.
I am asking for a refund because I don't think he can commit it to a reasonable time of upgrading since this is the biggest issue in his Telegram groups.They get purged constantly because of this. This makes me think the seller is operating in bad faith and that is why I asked for refunds. Especially since a huge breach of trust occured again, my Mullvad being shared.

Like I wrote in my original post, my last straw was having my Mullvad Private (something I rely on daily) shared for the second time. Something which has been corroborated with another separate user.
This is not even mentioning the bad faith behavior of changing a product I bought (ChatGPT going from 2 people to however many) with no notice or refund. They became unusable.

@Liars or any admins reading this thread,
n my opinion, your ruling should demand that the seller in this instance (who is notoriously known for making customers wait weeks and months between upgrades, please see the Telegram groups for yourself. Not a day goes by without people saying they've waited months) to cut that time into a reasonable amount 24-48h or else he will have to refund customers the full amount.

Is that really that big of an ask?
