He said he would do it, and I sent him 10 + fees before he started working on it. After a few hours, he sent me a screenshot from his laptop with a page that said the document was sent for verification, with a QR code below it. As far as I know, when a document is sent, the page doesn't include any QR code, which means he just edited the page from his laptop using F12. But I checked first to see if everything was sent, and I saw nothing sent to the website, and he still told me to send the document.
I asked the seller of the service, and he said that the website was down, which is why the document didn't send. I asked him to send me a video and ID to try it from my end, and he said "ok," but he didn't send anything. The next day, I sent him the remaining amount to complete the KYC verification, and he told me that he had an urgent operation for his doge and needed money. He promised to do the verification after that, and I sent him the remaining amount.
However, he didn't do anything, and after a few hours, he changed his Telegram username, removed his picture, and deleted all our last messages. I already felt like something was suspicious, so I recorded a video of almost all our conversations. We talked again, and he said he was tired and needed a 3-hour rest before completing the KYC. After the 3 hours passed, he sent me a message on cracked.io, claiming that his Telegram had been hacked. He asked for my Telegram username, which I sent, but he hasn't replied, and he still hasn't answered my messages.
