Screenshots of Communication: On forum as well as via fucking email which I can send in private
Additional Information: His help is completely superfluous, he doesn't even read my PMs properly. There are no tickets in the way I know them either, just ridiculous emails (who uses that shit these days) that are answered once every 2 days.
I offered him to solve this via Telegram, but he won't give me his ID there. His shitty site doesn't work at all, when I press upgrade it says my account is still premium. When I press renew, it gives me all kinds of errors (from "this account has not been upgraded" to "System Error"). Even with newly created accounts.
I want this moron to take care of this issue properly.

He never sent me the right Email or Ticket ID, and point out after that i can't read properly and i didn't see the ticket ID, what the ........
After checking the Ticket ID and support request, this guy don't even waited a reply and opened a scam report, i checked personally the key, but what we can expect from this guy to understand how things work, he don't even read 3 lines of tutorial how the system work. Anyway, he's sending a random account on renew, but system need to have the old downgraded account in order to reset the key/renew it.
For the Telegram thing.. what i need to tell you? @Liars , we have a team that manage all Support request with ticket system, is 10 times better that get random message/request on telegram or other platforms, plus is all tracked, so yeah we don't accept request in private, seems right to me and can't blame us for that. 
Hope you can close this report asap as is very no sense, thanks.

Can be closed since I didn't know that the old acc was needed to renew the key if the family owner kicks one out of the plan
