Additional Information: First he asked me to pay 15$ for the accs (Told me that was the minimum quantity to buy), then asked me to pay more as he can't sell minimum quantity or he will refund me
I asked for refund but he started making excuses, I told him take MM if you want to deal for bigger amount, he wasn't ready for that too and now he started ignoring my msgs been alot of hours
