Additional Information: Paid 150 pounds for a UPS Lit scan, then got ghosted for 11 days, after which he finally tells me its dead and offered a refund. I sent my btc address and got ghosted again for 19 more days. After i ask him to refund me in his public chat he bans me and tells me thats not very nice - lol.

Proceeds to tell me that I made too much attention for a 150 pound refund for a service that never got delivered.

Finally he bans me on all channels after posting our dms in public chats.
Refuses to refund because "I bad mouthed in public chats" There wasn't even any bad mouthing, its just me asking for a refund
