I guess you didn't understood situation
Like account is verified as everyone do
ID + Selfie + 20$ Deposited
Wise asked for "extra" after payment, it's normal it happens and it does not happens in 100% time
So i need to make this documents, proof of addresss, proof of income and etc.

P.S. For blind people, all was mentioned in description of product

Wise literally told you that you might need proof for the address later on, so instead of putting a doc that has the address on it you just throw any bullshit
and i'm tired of saying same things, you knew that this will happen because you told me it's normal it happens to your customer and 99% of the time you fix it, so to summarize this 

wise told you that you'll need to verify address later and you didn't care about it 
you knew that they'll ask about it couple of days later after a dollar of transaction or so to charge your customers extra 20$ and put them at risk 
you don't take responsibility if your shitty fake doc terms the account
and finally you've never mentioned a shit about further KYC in the description or anything about this because people expect that address is verified on doc like many countries or states
address for a refund will be sent on PMs

P.S: For Jewish people, Its like selling an acc that is email verified and when it asks for ID verification you say description my ass either write full info about acc or don't do this misleading you stupid dumb fuckhead
