So I wanted to buy proxies from hulio that work for paypal.
We agreed on 500$ a week and I paid, shortly after I received proxies that worked but the issue was that they only lasted for 1 day if not even less 
I asked for a refund and hulio keept on extending the time he needs to fix the proxies.
Its been 4 months and I have no received a refund, since he joined the forum and is now advertising on here i think it should be good that you guys know that he is a scammer therefore i am making this report

Context: we had the deal done over discord and as both of us got banned we switched over to telegram. If more proof is needed please lmk I have records of everything

Unfortunately, the provider who sold me those proxies was down shortly after, and the person who was hosting them for me has not been able to bring them back up since then. I have new proxies for a different service that I provide, and I can offer them to you for free for 1.5w. I take full responsibility for the issue, and I understand that it has caused you inconvenience. However, I want to clarify that the claim that I have only been on cracked.io recently is false. In fact, I have been a member of the platform for a year and have no intention of scamming you I hope that we can find a solution to this situation and that you can benefit from the new proxies that I am offering.
