Additional Information: He bought $28.24 worth of BTC from me on 28th August 2020. Today (7th October 2020) I get an email from PayPal saying he there is a dispute with the transaction (https://imgur.com/r16FgLP) and I just saw that he deleted his discord as well. He also stated in his dispute as he was hacked and shit and item not define and random bs. I don't think he will return now, he might have used PP logs to do shit and is probably gone now. His trust scan says his IP has been used before, so can be multi or something too.
