I bought an valorant 100k combo for ($10)

Seller said me the combo have great hits

I tested 50k of the combo using paid proxies

The combo tested (50k) gave me 20 hits

I reported to the seller and he said: ooh i sent the wrong file to you

I lost my whole proxy plan checking an public combo

Opened an dispute for getting the refund of the proxy plan

He paid me the proxy plan ($5) and replaced me the combo

He sent me another public combo

I asked for refund showing the public combo proof

He sent me only $5, refusing to send the rest, saying has already paid all $10, but the first payment has been made for paying the proxy plan he made me to use checking a public combo he sent me wrong (his fault)
