I wanted to make a refund at Almighty Refunds for an iphone 13 pro max 256go on amazon.fr

I place an order, the person who deals with my refund "Apollo" is responsive. So far, no problems.

The package is shipped, he asks me if it is UPS, I tell him "no". He tells me that the shipper is not a problem for him. The refund is possible.

I receive the package. I inform him. He tells me that the refund will take 2 to 4 weeks. The probability of success is 99%.

Everybody knows that the guarantee of the refund is that if there is a problem after 2,3,4 weeks maximum, the refunder must inform you and so you can send the parcel back and you don't lose any money.
you can send the package back and you don't lose anything.

I was worried and he told me not to stress... I thought that if he didn't inform me it was because he knew that the refund would succeed.

After that, he never answered me again. It is now 22/09 and I placed my order on 03/08, so it's been over a month and two weeks that I've been waiting for nothing.

The only way I have that he brings me an answer and thus to find a compromise so that he finds a solution to settle my refund or to compensate me for the loss is the scam report! The iphone 14 is out, the iphone loses its value and I lose money because it is impossible to send it back to amazon.

I also want to say that this person and I have a hard time communicating because he changes his name and his profile picture on telegram once every 3 days which makes it very difficult to reach him.

I have lost several hundred euros to date because of your failure and your silence. The date of return being exceeded, I find myself with an iphone 13 pro max which is useless to me. I could resell it but take into account the price of the iPhone that falls from day to day because of the release of the 14. On some websites, the iPhone I bought can be found at 1259€, ~100€ less than the price I bought it for and the fall is not ready to stop. Now let's assume that I manage to resell it for 80% of this price, i.e. about 1000€, my loss amounts to 379€. So the label costs... I think it's normal that you have to pay for it, I'll let the moderation judge.

It is quite funny to hear from you that communication is difficult with me. I hear that from a person who took more than 3 weeks to give me a sign of life and during a scam report... I wonder how long you would have waited if I hadn't initiated this report. 4 weeks? 1 month? 2 months?
