But you engaged in a refund, you made a mistake. As the moderator said, you have to give me a free refund, that's the least you can do. I lost $400 because of you. If refunds on Amazon are no longer possible, why do you leave your service open? A friend of mine even sent you a message for a refund a few days ago, you told him it's possible. I don't understand you.

Sorry for posting here, I accept the warn. But you can't just fail a refund (or ignore the whole process) and use "you didn't even pay me lol" as an excuse? That's how 99% of the refunders work, customer pays you the fee AFTER the refund.

Then telling that Amazon is dead? Why did you accept the refund in the first place?

You don't have to pay back a client's losses.

However, in this case, when you know that the refund is not going to go through, you inform your customer before the deadline for returning the package has passed. I told you that I was afraid, that it was risky to cross this limit. All you did was tell me "don't worry". From that moment on, you are responsible for my losses.

You have no argument that all you can do is say I change my pfp on telegram...

Okay, let's assume that the fact that I'm changing my profile picture bothers you, I won't change it anymore, I told you above.

Nevertheless, it's not up to you to judge if this scam report is invalid but to the moderation.

I'm waiting for the moderator's decision after having read the conversation and all the elements.

I saw that @Liars asked for a free refund but you tell me that amazon is dead but at the same time you continue the amazon refunds. You have no logic.
