OP of the thread, you can legit return your iphone with the (legit) label that @Quzhi boxed for you.

Get the label (@Quzhi should be able to provide it to you as he boxed it) , print it, send the package back. (should work 99% of the time depending on courrier.)

@Quzhi should help you with that; if he cant, hes a retarded refunder.

Another option is to SE a new label.
Last but not least, you can do a return with the address amazon provides you (in case they dont want to give you a prepaid label)

@Quzhi You will have to offer a free refund to this person that is the same amount to iphone 13 or less. If @Madjana has anything else to refund or would like to have one within the next 60 days. You will have to do it without the free. @Madjana @Quzhi should only do the refund for you. He cannot pay for any damages. If you need any other items to be refunded that is the same amount to the iphone 13 or less he has to do it. Solved/closed.
