Additional Information: So I had a ticket open on his last discord server, but his discord account/server got banned, so I contacted him on his alt account. I reopened my ticket on the new server, and that's where the conversation in the discord starts. After I paid, he has stopped all communication, and I had to check on the refund status myself, and it failed. I've contacted him for a refund but he has not said anything at all, even though I see him online. I know it's been a couple of weeks since the incident, but I've just decided that enough is enough. I've decided to keep the items, I just want my BTC back! I paid him 12$ for the refund, but it costed me ~18$ because of the fees! I even had the leniency to pay in BTC instead of PayPal f&f, like we originally agreed on. If possible, I'd like my 18$ back.
