Additional Information: this is what I sent for payment https://etherscan.io/tx/0xbd114a1d71c627...ebbfaa58cf this is what I received https://etherscan.io/tx/0x8760f4fdd13455...d54ce00f27 I asked for exactly 4.01$ refunded I did not receive only part of it. I spoke to @Denmark and he said s it a valid scam report and I should receive full payment. It’s really a shame it had to be brought to a forum Becuase of 1.01$. Thank you for understanding.

1. ryze has a new discord account (probably cause he got termed idk), so my staff did not recognize that he is banned
2. ryze is banned from my services due to item 9 of the cctools tos: "if you are accused and verified of scamming under any circumstances your license may be revoked for all ChanChan Tools"
3. ryze scammed @WindexBoi when he leaked a vouch copy of windex's tool DorkR
4. i refunded part of ryze's transaction because i am not an asshole, and he should not have been allowed to pay for tools which he is not allowed to purchase. however, his transaction of $4.01 is less than the current eth fee ($5.25 per transaction for me). i refunded him $3 (which cost me $8.25).

How is leaking a cracked program scamming, it’s not.
I wasn’t banned other wise I wouldn’t of been able to join the server.
Doesnt matter I asked for Exactly. 4.01$ so I should receive that.

Well, he never scammed because @WindexBoi was banned when he leaked it. Therefore, it does not matter.
