Amount or Item(s) Scammed: €500 / + ton of my time

Additional Information: We agreed on €500 for a bot for his service and he is ignoring me now that i finished it.. i was patient enough but i ran out of patience. I already made 1 thread and he was acting that he wants to resolve it, he said he cant test it and that hes going on vacation and will test it once hes back (surprise... he didnt test shit! and ignored me until now) he has been ignoring me recently since December 21st
but his ignoring and behaviour to not want to pay me started already in December 11th when I opened the previous scam report (i lost access to that account) im tired of waiting for him to test it, he keeps lying and delaying it! staff member from here can test the bot (its telegram based bot) if its functioning and decide if it is and if i should get paid. i've spent countless days working on it and i deserve to get paid. its been like a month already!
Crypto address for a refund: Will give once staff makes Snowmane pay me for my work.
