Additional Information: I bought Invideo and Runway ML on 17 october. He delivered me invideo till that which was later decided to change with gemini. Till that date he is not able to send me proper runwayml. He sent me RunwayML two times which was not private as he promised and this account only lasted for an hour. Same goes for gemini it died too in few days (Maybe 10 days). No Replacement for gemini too. Plus Many Other Accounts Like Amazon Prime, YT Premium, Adobe,Onedrive died in this period too. After Every Few days He just add me too queue or send me "hi" and then disappear. He showed me negative attitude that I am spamming that's why I don't get replacement which was basically wrong he promise to replace within 36 hours in his toc. But Still I had not messaged him 6 days straight. But Again it was also a lie that I don't get replacement because of me. After 6 days when I messaged him he added me to queue again (maybe 4th time) Then I again waited for 5 days since added to queue but still nothing. Now almost 2 months had been passed. He may have workload but workload is not something that you ghost your customer or show negative attitude. We are Paying for service so it is his responsibility to provide product on time.
Crypto address for a refund: tbh I don't need refund, I just need all products to be delivered within 48 hours or if he can't provide it then I can take substitute for it!
