All things mentioned in this report already he promised me to provide runway and amazon within 48 hours. While he requested additional time for Amazon (which was acceptable), the commitment for Runway was clear. He Provided me runway two times but not private as he promised. Now I am waiting from 9 dec for runway and amazon too. Additionally, On 9 dec after report he provided me all fixes except that two but out of them adobe died within two days whereas gemini after 3 days. He neither fixed these two. On December 14, he added me to the queue, but as of today, December 18, 96 additional hours have passed with no resolution.
