Scam Report against @UselessDuck

Yes, sorry didn't see your ping. I've been discussing with Duck off site and it we're struggling to reach an agreement.

I've been informed that the replacement is only one time and if my new account gets banned there is nothing they are obliged to do. Their terms and conditions do not clearly specify that there will only be a single replacement in case of ban. In this case, since I was also initially offered a refund at one point (in screenshots) I have been asking for this, but owner still wants to offer replacement account with gifts, stating it is not possible to refund because they have no money. I find that difficult to believe since the discord has new vouches and sales all the time, I see it unfair to be backed into a corner in a sense due to the ultimatum offered to me by Dann and Duck being that of great risk of my current account being banned, and having no obliged compensation, that which wasn't clearly outlined in the Discord Server's T&C's. 

I will be content with your decision, if you look in screenshots and see where Dann mentions "do you want refund?". If this is enough for you to say they should refund me, that would be preferable. But if not, I will take the replacement.

I have not been Cracking for almost 3 weeks, You can see i have not posted anything, we have No proxies to get more stock and the stock we have we have been trying to give you the replacement, Although you Don't seem to want it even after me and dann asking you multiple times you just keep trying go around it and try to get a refund. The Expectation of Unlimited refunds is just ridiculous, we do not have unlimited stock, we are a business, we have costs as well. You get the normal (24/48 depending on the product) hour warranty as every single other person who buys our service, In the T&C It even states "Your account= Your responsibility" https://prnt.sc/115broj , Which means if Your account was banned after the warranty time, That's your responsibility, YOU took the risk, Which is not out fault ,outside of the warranty time (24/48 hours depending on the product) then you would not be Technically Entitled to a replacement as it is outside of the warranty time, although in the spirit of good customer service dann decided to just offer you the replacement anyway to be nice and keep the customer happy. 95% of our customers have no issues and the ones who do Just take the replacement, we have been trying to give you the replacement for the past couple of days without all of this trouble, You pay a cheap price because you know it comes with the risk even if its low,  Which you even told me you know and accepted the risk in call when we first called,

Regarding the Money, Like i said I have not Been cracking for just about 3 weeks due to exams and other irl stuff so The only money i have is £34 In my PP That's it, Which i already Showed and told you. https://prnt.sc/114clno   

Regarding the "New vouches and sales all the time" You can see in the discord there has been very little activity https://prnt.sc/115c6vh so i have no clue what you are talking about with this, I would also be happy to show my entire Paypal Activity in the past 3 weeks to prove this.

I Honestly feel the Customer is Using his position and this scam report to try and Hold us over a barrel, like stated above we have been offering him the replacement since this report opened and he is not taking it, In my opinion i believe the customer is Trying to drag out the time on this report to make us feel more anxious on the report so we offer him more or Compromise the deal with something else.

The refunded inventory does not entail a new account, it is the equivalent amount of in game inventory I purchased from their service. 
My issue with the refund being offered is that while yes it is a full refund of the in game inventory I purchased, I was unaware of the warranty being a one time occurrence - the Terms&Conditions of the server they run never clearly outlined that replacements wouldn't be provided after a first. I was under the impression that whatever happened to my purchase, if a purchase would result in a ban of sorts, I would be reinstated. 
I do not wish to long this process out, I am simply writing from a stand point of feeling backed into a corner by misleading terms and conditions by part of the discord server run by both Dann and Duck. While I respect Duck and his apt and able customer service, Dann has been incredibly nonchalant and lazy throughout my dealing with him. 
Accepting the replacement leaves me in a greatly vulnerable position, not only because of the type of service which comes with a risk that I understand, but more so because there is a great chance that I will be left completely out of pocket should my current account be banned as my previous account was. 

I ask that I be given an extended warranty for the replaced items due to the unclear Ts&Cs stated in the seller's discord server, however I will follow Teken's judgement to whether it would be right for the replacement to be accepted regardless of a required warranty. I just wanted to outline my concerns and feelings of miscommunication which have led to me feeling so out of control of my own purchase. Thanks.

@alistarmain07 I think you should go with the account refund. If the account gets banned again (within your warranty time) you get a money refund. @UselessDuck

For gifts the warranty is 48 Hours.
