Additional Information:  Bought a "Samsung Refund Method" for 100€ from him, paid via Revolut. Then proceeds to send me that. Which is 1. public 2. isnt even a "method", its just basic knowledge. 
Paragraph in question: 
"Samsung 

1) Call them with spoofed number 
Order number)
2) Claim damaged (limited to 1 product)
3) They will tell you to troubleshoot with them over the phone
4) 10 minutes troubleshoot
5) Instant refund or 1 or 2 days"
