My PayPal got locked, meaning if I refund him I would loose money. Here I would also like to refer again to our TOS: "We will not be held liable for any disputes, additional fees, holds, or limitations regarding fiat transactions as this is out of the exchangers control."

Liars, our TOS are so clear: “we are not responsible for any disputes, additional fees, or limitations as it’s out of the exchanges control."

I also spoke to our server owner again and he agreed with me. If you really decide against me, that's absolutely ridiculous, as our TOS are crystal clear. His deal was already completed, he can’t just reverse the payment.
So you would ban me even though our TOS agrees with me. That's all I can say, I'm not going to refund OP.
