If smth wasn't provided you should inform about that! We wan't 30$ for extra KYC which bank asked! Also 800 EUR is too much for 1st transaction, any bank will have questions where you got them!

How did I know about this confirmation that wise is asking for? at first I asked you if there were any limits and you just said "no limits"

and also, as it will be seen on the video of the chat sent to the staff, I messaged you on telegram without even looking at the site, I asked you this https://prnt.sc/ArueYQ4pnkMX, you didn't tell me anything regarding a guide etc... once my account was blocked I went to your site and it said you had to give me a guide as well lol
