How did I know about this confirmation that wise is asking for? at first I asked you if there were any limits and you just said "no limits"

and also, as it will be seen on the video of the chat sent to the staff, I messaged you on telegram without even looking at the site, I asked you this https://prnt.sc/ArueYQ4pnkMX, you didn't tell me anything regarding a guide etc... once my account was blocked I went to your site and it said you had to give me a guide as well lol

1.  There is no limits for transfer, thats Wise security lock. They may ask for extra verification to be sure that funds are clear.
2. Your transfer was too big + That was P2P so, that caused lock

You didn't tell me anything about that and also founds cannot be transfered at the moment, i bought from you the thing verification and it's still not working (you're not even responding), i'll update on here if i at least move the funds on another bank lol

Also the gmail account got banned and this is not my fault

@fl0xy You can either fix the account or refund him for the account. You clearly stated there was "no limit" now soon as he deposit 800 you turn and say it was too high. You never gave him instructions. Do so within 24 hours.

I mean NO LIMIT of transactions (Thats mentioned in Wise)
If we speak about limit after bank will have questions, ANY bank will have questions

@fl0xy it did not mean that in the screenshots. You need to be clear when speaking to customers and you need to give them an instructions as well.

@fl0xy it did not mean that in the screenshots. You need to be clear when speaking to customers and you need to give them an instructions as well.

Do you understand thats banks not game? Banks have high security system. Do i need really explain that: "You should not deposit 10000000 eur at first transaction"
