You say we didn't answer you for days. After you hand over your job, you say "everything is perfect, and then you ask us to contract for a new job". Then all of a sudden you start saying "Give me my money"? WTF? If there is a problem, we will solve it. You think we don't know about this business? All right. That's your opinion, but explain to me why are you offering us multiple jobs if you think we don't know the job? Is it just because of a mistake? No way. You got the files and now you want to scam me. @ sickminds443

No you're skipping a huge part of what happened. Yes at first I was happy because I thought it was connected to the xenforo api. I went to sleep and thought ok Ill order a new project. Then Come to find out, its not connected to xenforo's api and the whole site is actually just dead on arrival. nothing worked. I contacted your boyfriend and he ignored me. I kept contacting him with no reply. He finally replies today and says he "does not serve me". Obviously that pissed me off. Then you tell me I have to get in line for fixes? no bro, you gave me a broken code. If you had not agreed to the terms then we would not be here.
I paid $750 because of those agree'd upon terms and upon further inspection and test of the code, it is nothing like what we agree'd upon. It was already over the deadline and that's why i was going to start this thread 5 or 6 days ago but then you guys installed the script and I thought we were good to go.
Anyway, I want my money back still. I have zero faith in you and your team. Your lack of simple basic communication between a paying client and your team is not even on the level of a fast food drive thru in the hood. I want my money back and I want this matter put to rest.
Sorry for calling you names. I took an Adderall earlier I got from Mexico and I was zoomin. Anyway, yeah pay me.

How am I scamming you? You have $750 of mine for a service I am not happy with and is broken. You say in the ad you have 100% happy clients or successful completion. You can knock that down to 99% because I AM NOT HAPPY. How is my not being happy with the service me, scamming you? I am out the money and am very unhappy with the service. Seems a lot like I got scammed. I will hand over the login and ftp to you on that server and you can take your code back.

My friend told you "he will fix his problem today" and you started swearing and calling us thieves right after you saw this message. You're acting like a drunk. We have a different team for end-user testing. Sometimes things can be overlooked. If there is a problem, we are always here to solve it. Also, we didn't tell you "get in line, we'll do your thing later". If there is a problem, we will solve it immediately.
You buy a premium on Cracked.to and after using everything you say "ok, I don't need the premium anymore. I'll refund it". This is unacceptable. Because we handed you all the files. If there is any problem, we will help you to solve it. Otherwise we will not give you any refund. Because what you're doing right now is defrauding us.
After my friend talked to you about the problem, you started calling us "thieves". We want to understand what the problem is. And we will solve the problem if you tell us the problem.

That is not my issue, that's your issue and your teams issues. You should not be accepting projects you can not complete on the agreed upon time and terms. You just admitted the script was "over looked" aka not finished. He also did not say he would do it today. I'm not really sure what else I need to say to get you to understand you're the one stealing money from me, your client.
Sure I was mean and called you names, I am sorry. However, the fact still remains. I paid May 30th for a project to be completed in 5 - 10 days. That didn't happen. Day 12, he installs it. It's broken. I cant use it. You said yourself your team over looked it. So how exactly are you getting scammed? It seems like you don't even know what projects your team are working on or not working on. You are more of a secretary. Please pay me back my money. I will delete the negative comments I posted in my rage but this is very unfair.

Also just as evidence, This thread ( https://cracked.to/Thread-solved--527104) was where the first scam report was. Do you recall this, with our first issue. This happened because of 0 communication from your team.

Sir, you must understand this. We have delivered all the files to you. And we don't know what the error is right now. We will not refund you because after you received the files you said everything was perfect. If you see a problem, you will report it to us and we will fix it. You want to delete all the time we have given you now. This is not fair.
As a customer, you could have done all the checks within 12 hours after receiving the project and reported any errors to us. But after you got the project, you installed it on your website and immediately afterwards you asked us for new jobs. You're trying to get the work you got us done for free. And this is a form of scam. You think other people are stupid. But this is wrong. Everyone sees everything.
You say that I cheated on you and that my other clients are a partner of mine. Really? Would you look at my vouches on cracked.to? And what are people saying about me? All you do is try to scam us. Sorry sir you will fail at this.

So there is a time limit for testing? Can you show me that in the agree'd upon terms? I paid you guys the $50 for the install and went to bed hoping everything was good. still does not negate the fact the script did not work. I told whoever made the script on the 11th that it did not work. He ignored the question and followed up about a question I asked the day prior that had nothing to do with the broken code, ignoring me.. I can screen cap it if you want. I also sent "?" and "why wont you answer me" before his reply of "i don't serve you".
How is this a form of scam? you're getting pretty defensive for having such transparent business practices and 100% satisfaction from your clients. I am just laying everything out. Fortunately the admins come up with the definition for "scam" not you or me.
I understand you have good reviews, but in this case you do not. Please pay back the money.
