Additional Information: So I bought shop in his discord server to advertise my new shop (dropout.ceo) and I got shop access and was able to ping on day #1, day #2 I got my slot access taken and ignored my Dowen, I ask for perms back, pings, etc and he just basically ignores me.  Long time goes by and I ask for a refund because I still dont have access to my shop and he is still ignoring me btw I only asked for a 1/2 refund due to me using his shop ever so slightly.  Of course Dowen being the poor scum that he is refuses to refund me (presumably so he can afford his next meal).  Basically I have not been able to use my shop for the past 2 weeks (majority of the time) and Dowen is refusing to refund even after asking him nicely.
