Additional Information: I bought Netflix UHD 4K from kenix. My account was quickly upgraded to Standard with Ads. I received radio silence after receiving the wrong product then it was canceled after a few days. I thought maybe this was because he was trying to get the right subscription but this was an incorrect assumption. It has been 2 weeks since it was canceled and I have received little responses in this time. I told him I would be filing a dispute if he didn't give me a timeline within 24 hours, it has now been over 48 hours and he is "checking".

I'm not sure I trust his warranty at this point so a refund would be preferred.

Crypto address for a refund: Paid through PayPal F&F, can provide crypto address if needed.
