Additional Information: PureGold had advertised that he is selling a usaa bank account. I purchased the item. When I logged in, I found no USAA bank account. I only found an external American Express serve account linked. It took the seller over 24 hours to respond to my inquiries, even though his terms required me to contact him within 15mins of purchase for a warranty. Seller continued to validate that there is no USAA bank account, but that the login he gave me is good for “the method”. This is not what I intended to purchase the item for. I need a USAA bank account. I don’t need whatever scam you’re running. Deliver the product you promised. Do good by your word.

The point is you are selling a USAA Bank Account, and gave out a USAA Account with external AE Account linked. These are 2 different things. It dosent matter what you provided since you provided the wrong thing.

You have 24h to issue a refund, or give the customer what he bought.
