Just a note for those little detective who are looking this scam report and who are not involved, I opened this scam report just in order to establish what is happening, i'm 99% sure it will be solved in the good way, but had to write in case of those 1%

Like i said if i can't fix my binance error i will refund as asked

For the App Init Error you have here is the solution: 

1. Right click and go to Binance properties
   
2. Check this box
   
3. Run this program in compatibility mode for : Windows 8
   
4. Disable fullscreen optimizations
   
5. Run this program as an administrator
   
6. And click apply and ok
   

Or, if you're using a VPN, check that it's not based in US :)
Or, you can log through your mobile phone :)
