Additional Information:He was supposed to make a private game for me (of the game Goodgame Gangster), so he gave a price and i paid half upfront, however, after a few hours another person appeared offering $2k for a project and he accepted (the funny thing is they would be online at the same time and offline at the same time too) but okay, he prioritized the other person because they paid in full and our deal was half now and half upon completion (which was supposed to be in 6 days) after much insistence from him i decided to pay the rest and he had said it would be ready the next day, then he asked me to pay for a dedicated server so he could set everything up and i paid, he changed my email on the site for the dedicated server and asked for the remaining $70 to continue and put my email back on the account, after much insistence again, i ended up paying the $70 he needed to finalize my project and return my email to the account, however after submitting a ticket to the site, i found out he requested a refund for the dedicated server i paid for, and they sent the money to him, i contacted him and he's just stalling and lying, saying he didn't do it, so far he hasn't returned my account on the site or delivered my project (the private game of Goodgame Gangster)
