Additional Information: So on 12/24/2023 I purchased a 12 month premium Netflix from this troll which went for like 2 days. After two days it stopped working so I asked for a replacement, where they told me that they had a problem with it ted and that they would contact me when they fixed it and all that nonsense. The replacement never arrived so I asked for a refund on 17.1.2024. Every week I wrote to support when they would finally send me the money back, the reply was constant lies and something along the lines that Paypal refunds take a long time. Yet paypal was not even paid, it was all paid via ETH. On 29.2.2024 support wrote to me to contact them on telegram. So I contacted them on telegram with the case ID, and asked why I should write to him on telegram, and the neanderthal wanted me to write everything down here, where I ran out of energy to deal with such an idiot, while he can look up everything himself, and not bother me with useless questions, when he owes me 2 months money for a non-functional service. I demand a refund immediately.
