Additional Information: Seller states "0% Downtime" in his seller thread. The bot has been online for a day since I bought it, and for the rest of the 4 days it has been down. Day after day the seller says he will fix it, but doesn't. I have asked for a refund of $25 and he says no.

In your sales thread it says "0% Downtime"

It has been down for 80% of the time since I've bought it. This is false advertising, your tos only applies if you are actually providing the service. It doesn't say in your TOS that downtime will be replaced either.

@5admin When does the bot get back up and working. If it is not up and working and does not stay stable for 1 month. You will need to refund him. Do so within 24 hours.
