Additional Information:
- Made the Purchase at 8:00 AM reported issue at 8:04 through his only means of Comms Sellix Support, he has a link to a telegram group but no @ to contact him and a link to discord with no support ticket either and indication of who is owner.
- His Warranty is 1 hour which is stated on his Sellix
- He didn't respond until 2-3 Hours later
- He said " You have to buy product again so i can replace it " mind you it's 12 random words for a crypto wallet.
- I found his telegram through another ticket i made saying i want to pay for something else he provided me a telegram not knowing i'm the same guy asking for a replacement.
- When confronted on telegram he said first that he is not owner and can't replace , then changed his story to a hour has already passed.
- He responded after 3 hours to my support ticket to tell me it's been more than a hour so my warranty is voided even if i contacted him 4 minutes on the only means of comms present.
- Telegram he provided @Erik1001
- His cracked account was made yesterday with no vouches on here he claims he has 6000 sales i've never seen anyone vouch for his store anywhere.
- I am the only 1 star review on his sellix.

- Discord link leads to some random crypto exchanged i guess that should be avoided too and telegram leads to " ezmoney group " only admin can type.
