Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1 streamate account 400 gold bought for 30 dollars

Additional Information: I bought a streamate account for 30 dollars, the first he send me broke and seller agreed account was bad. i even send screen shots to prove. Then he offered a replacement which i accepted. However 15 minutes later he still hasn't send so i ask what's up. He tells me he cannot replace until next morning.
So i say send my solana (that's what was used to pay) back. He agrees i send my address, then stops responding for 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he says he'll send replacement, but i no longer want replacement i can't use it's already hour too late so i tell him to just send the sol back. He keeps trying to argue, even though he already agreed to refund. He then quickly deleted all messages.
