Additional Information: Bought Xbox Game Pass Lifetime, only have gotten 2 months so far. First replacement took weeks. Promised afterwards that it would auto renew, it did not. Tried to contact him but ticket got randomly closed, new ticket has no progress. It has been 4 months and so far have only gotten 2 months of game pass, which is ridiculous for a "lifetime" purchase.

He now gave me 2 months, activated recurring payments on my OWN paypal, so had to cancel the subscription myself. 

He says he thinks it will be fine, but this happened the last 2 times aswell, and the subscription ended when it said it would.

He now thinks it will be fine, and promised a refund if it is not.
