I bought a Paypal account from the user for 140$ and 3 days after I received the account I decided to test the account and I sent a payment for under a dollar, after I did this the account immediately got banned.
After it got banned, I told the seller that it got banned and I wanted to know why it got banned even after I used the guide he sent me. He told me that he will contact support for me to get it unbanned and it has been weeks and it has never gotten unbanned so I asked him if I could either get a new account or a refund. He told me to wait a few days and I did but I never got an update about the account. Today I asked him again to give me an update on the account after not getting a response from him for almost two days, and he told me he was checking the appeal on the Paypal account and he still never gave a response.... At this point, I would just like to receive a refund.
