Additional Information: This guy will refuse to honor his warranty, then sometimes will honor it, depending on which side of the bed he woke up on. Been honoring the terms for a good month then all of a sudden twists the narrative to a month ago because I want a refund, not replacement. He keeps dodging anything about my refund and just says will no longer discuss etc. Further details are on the most recent replies on his sales thread.

On the 31 st of January this user asked me abt my Streamate accts that I sell. I sent him the presentation of my services where it is marked in caps that YOU HAVE TO USE THE ACCT RIGHT AFTER I GIVE IT TO YOU.

Then he started to buy accts.
I sold him an acct yesterday at 10:34 PM my time

Today at 7:23 PM he started to talk to me very rude and accusing me that I gave his acct to another client...etc etc.

I was very clear from the beginning that he has to use the acct RIGHT AWAY after I give it to you and tell me right away if there is an issue.

Show me where you said I have to use the account immediately when you gave me the last 3 accounts I paid for. You can't. This condition you set is also extremely unfair because immediately is not a set number of time. When this guy is in a good mood and has plenty of stock he will replace an account after a couple of hours but when he's low on stock he will refuse replacement even if it has been less than an hour because you did not notify him "immediately," What sort of bullshit is this.

1. When you started to buy from me I gave you a description of my services where it is clearly stated that you have to use the acct right away. After that you bought several accts from me and you didn't ask me to send you the description of the services every time you made a purchase. And sudenly...when you file a scam report you say that I didn't send you the description of services over and over again...each time you bought.

2. You filed a scam report...you payed for an working account...I gave you a working account that you admit you used...HOW DID I SCAM YOU?

3. What proof do I have that YOU DIDN'T USED THE ACCOUNT YOURSELF and then you cry that I scammed you and you want your money back.?That's why I have this rule to tell me right away if there is smth wrong with the acct. You could have used the acct yourself the next day and then to come here crying "scam scam I want my money back!"
3. The same rules that I have with you I have with all my clients...and you will see in my thread that...untill you showed up crying "scam scam scam!!" for an acct that you used the next day...i have never had any complaints. I do this since over 5 years and never had any complaints until you showed up. How do you explain that?
