Screenshots of Communication:  He asked me to open a ticket on his Discord channel.
After about 24 hours everything disappeared! I can't see the Discord channel anymore.
I have no idea what happened: all I know is that he asked me to chat opening a ticket on his Discord channel and everything disappeared some hours later.

You gave me order ID in the support ticked you asked me to open on Discord. Then you deleted everything and blocked me!

i take multiple sales a day we are all humans after all i might miss ur purchase but to prove that i need your order id if u do not have one i can not refund or replace
