I would think scamming would be blocking you and running away with the money. He provided proof of an order.

SIDE NOTE: I provided him with a proof of order and yet he doesn't wanna accept it because 4 months is apparently too long for his money to arrive, and he's only basing it on one source (the website), but I feel this is unreliable and could vary a lot.

This is scam report (to get him dwc tag before he do something worse)

He didn't do what i needed, he confirmed that in pm, and he screwed,
he knew he screwd, so when i asked him for proof,
he tried to avoid that, providing me fake and not valid proof,
and asking stupid questions which i already gave answer before

First you said 1 week now you expanded to 2 weeks, denied, i don't want refund in 2 weeks i want refund as fast as possible!

Question: Are you sure it's fake? I was talking to him about this, and he was legit worried about doing it, and placed an order. Not sure what's been going on in your guys' dms, but he looks legit from what I have seen.
