Hello,

In regards to the kick, its normal.. All upgrading services have this issue and all of them (including us) offer replacements if it happens.
It's advertised as lifetime because it is.

In the 5th screenshot you sent, you cropped it. Here is what it actually looks like:

As I already told you, DMA is working on a restock as we speak, and as he already told you we don't give out replacements unless there is an issue on our end.
